Harnessing the Energy of Change: Resilience in the Library
One of the few guarantees in life is that change is constant. And if you work in libraries you know your job today is very different from the job you were doing just a few years ago. Join Shelley Hourston in exploring the impact of change in your library and learn how you can harness and control the energy that accompanies change. During the workshop, we will examine various techniques and methods we can use in
adapting to change in our workplaces.
This workshop will be of interest to individuals working in libraries at any level and who would like to explore ways of making the most of change in their lives, both professional and personal.
