SLA NorthWest Conference - Vancouver Oct 6 & 7

The SLA NorthWest Regional Conference will be held in Vancouver this year, October 6 and 7.

The focus of the conference is Content Management: Converging Information, People and Technology.

This day and a half event will be an educational gathering for information professionals to discuss the life cycle of information and how it can be facilitated, improved and advanced through people and technology.

Presentations offered range from fundamentals of content management, to taxonomies, to content management best practices. Plan on participating in this energizing conference to discover how our colleagues are converging information, people, and technology.

SLA members receive a membership rate of $150 CAD; the non-member rate is $195 CAD and includes lunch on Friday.
