Metadata and Digital Library Development Workshop - Nov 1&2

BCCATS (BCLA Cataloguing and Technical Services Interest Group) is
sponsoring a fall workshop entitled "Metadata and Digital Library
Development". The workshop will be held on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 1
and 2, 2007 from 8 am - 5 pm, at Langara College in Vancouver, BC (100
West 49th Avenue).

This two-day workshop is the fourth course in the series "Cataloging
for the 21st Century." This course introduces practicing catalogers
to metadata implementation considerations and processes in a digital
library development context.
