Who should participate: Any library personnel who feel disorganized or who want to improve the efficiency and organization of their work spaces and processes.

Outcomes: Participants will learn basic organizing techniques, and develop a system that keeps track of personal work schedules, information, email, and electronic and paper documents. The presenters will provide action plans, strategies, tips, and pointers to ensure that participants will understand the full benefits of getting organized, and also have practical activities and strategies to facilitate and streamline their work spaces and their roles.
